Sample AI Chatbot QA assessment
Practice only — no real customer files. Example: A prospect writes “I’m interested in this role.” A chatbot mistakenly quotes a ₹12,000 automation package. Explain why this is wrong, write the correct response, and propose three tests that prevent recurrence.
My assigned work
Only owner-approved offers appear here. No customer phone numbers, CRM access, source repositories, passwords or private project files are shared by default.
No tasks assigned yet.
Payments are subject to individually accepted written terms, owner QA and verified settlement. Freshtiq does not automatically transfer money or promise a fixed salary.
